Porsche Pirelli Trophy West
Apr 12 – Apr 14 all-day

Save the dates April 12-14, 2019 for an exciting weekend of all Porsche racing! Portland International Raceway will be hosting the first ever Porsche Pirelli Trophy Cup West races at Portland for both air cooled and water cooled Porsches. The event is organized by Competent Motorsports ( which is expecting as many as 60 Porsches.

Why have Porsche races in Portland in April?

The group races in warm sunny locales predominately and there’s usually little wet racing to gain skills. Portland International Raceway is the perfect location they determined with a high likelihood of rain. Nothing is like watching Porsches in the wet! We Oregonians all know that this means the weather will be dry and beautiful then!

The Oregon Region Porsche Club is building a series of fun events around the weekend including a garage tour, Fun Run autocross and social gatherings. We hope to include more contact with the racers and team owners in tech type sessions as well, but these are proposed and not confirmed at this time. Stay tuned for more information. Sign up to like the Facebook page for ORPCA as well.

Questions concerning what the Oregon Region will be doing should be directed to Neil d’Autremont, or Steve Miller
