SOVREN Historics Ticket Order Deadline is May 28th
Time is running out to order tickets for this year’s races at Pacific Raceway in Kent on June 29-July 1, 2018. Celebrating the excitement and thunder of 60 years of Porsche Racing! Maximum of 20 cars per day in Corral area, based on order of our Treasurer’s receipt of your ticket payment. Ticket prices: Adults: $30 one-day pass w/ Corral parking Friday, Saturday or Sunday; $50 3-day weekend pass w/ Corral parking; Additional adults: $25 Friday, Saturday or Sunday additional adult; $40 weekend pass; Children: $5 per day for age 7 - 16; free age 6 and under. Programs will be available for $5 on site. All proceeds benefit charity for uncompensated care at Children’s Hospital & Regional Hospital Center in Seattle. To participate in the Corral and track laps (Sat./Sun. time permitting), attendees must pre-register to Maryann Elwell at (253) 853-4003 or by 5/28/18 and provide payment for tickets (cash or checks written to “OPR-PCA”) by 5/28/18 to our Treasurer, Bob Becken, or mail to OPR-PCA, P.O. Box 3572, Silverdale, WA 98383-3572. Write on your check the days you want tickets for and how many by type (e.g. 2 adults weekend w/ 1 car in corral, 1 adult and 1 child Saturday only w/ 1 car in corral, 2 adults Sunday only w/ 2 cars in corral, etc.). 
OPR 2018 Region Dues are Past Due

Our Olympic Peninsula Region runs a full program of events for our members, and while we try to keep our expenses down we need sufficient funds in the treasury to support the club and retain sufficient reserves as prescribed by the PCA National Treasurer.  Our board voted to maintain $20 as the 2018 Regional Dues rate.  If you are a paid advertiser in our newsletter we count the first $20 paid for your ad as your Region Dues, so you do not need to pay again.  Please remit the payment ASAP to OPR-PCA, P.O. Box 3572, Silverdale, WA 98383-3572. You can find an invoice to send in with your payment at  Please remit the payment by 4/30/2018 to OPR-PCA, P.O. Join us at The Point Casino & Hotel located at 7989 Salish Lane NE, Kingston, WA 98346 for our annual Holiday Party and Charity Silent Auction.  Gamble Bay Surf and Turf Buffet dinner includes Herb-crusted Prime Rib, Wild NW Salmon in Lemon Caper Burre Blanc, Herb & Garlic Chicken, salad, vegetables, rolls & butter.  Optional dessert choice of:  Raisin & Rum Bread Pudding w/ Carmel drizzle, Chocolate Toffee Mousse Cake w/ Kahlua, Cheesecake, or Strawberry Shortcake.  Cost for buffet dinner is $54 /person and optional dessert is $8/person including tax and service fees.  Please RSVP to Maryann with head count and any optional dessert choices by 10/31/17 via email  or phone (253) 853-4003.  Mail payment to “OPR-PCA” at P.O. Box 3572, Silverdale, WA 98383-3572 or provide to our treasurer, Bob Becken by 10/31/17.  Free parking on site with closest parking near the hotel entrance.  We will also have our Charity Silent Auction and an optional gift exchange ($20-$25); to participate men should bring a wrapped gift for a man and women should bring a gift for a woman.  If you plan to stay overnight at the Hotel Resort after the Holiday Party, check in time is 4P.  If you have an item to donate for the charity silent auction, please let Debbie Raphael know by 10/31/17 via email or phone (360) 340-1583 and bring it to the party.  The banquet room will be open around 5P to drop off auction items.
